We are all living and operating in an uncertain world. Covid-19 has changed the way we operate and it has changed the way stock is moved around the world. Recently, OZ Design Furniture has experienced delays in the importation of goods from all our global partners. We are not alone, this is a worldwide issue that is affecting the majority of all businesses. These delays are mainly due to a shortage of available containers into Australia, cargo that traditionally transited on passenger flights are now using sea freight containers, continued heavy congestion at both local and international Ports, the supply of materials due to international sales pressures and industrial action at ports. These delays are very unfortunate and out of our control.

We are working around the clock to limit these delays and doing our best to keep you updated with the latest information as it comes to hand and the arrival information of your goods. Thank you for the continued support of our Australian owned and operated business.
