Delivery and Collection

We usually process and dispatch your order within 5 business days once we have all items in stock at our Fulfilment Centre. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually occurs within 5 business days, however it can take up to 20 business days depending on your location. Please contact us if you experience a delay and we will help track the status of your order. The delivery Options offered at checkout might include the following:
Courier: We utilise various delivery methods depending on the size of your order. Smaller items are posted via Australia Post and bulky goods are sent via selected freight and courier service providers – these are usually delivered to your door by a single serviceman. Most courier services do not provide an option to book a specific delivery day or time and surcharges may apply if rescheduling is required. Unpacking, rubbish removal and assembly is NOT included in this service.
Standard Metro Delivery: We have special service contractors out of our NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT central warehouses who can provide a flat rate service to selected suburbs. The Standard Metro Delivery service includes placement of your order to a room of your choice up to a maximum of 4 flights of stairs. Unpacking, rubbish removal and assembly is NOT included in this service.
Premium Metro Delivery: We have special service contractors out of our NSW and VIC central warehouses who can provide a flat rate service to selected suburbs. The Premium Metro Delivery service includes placement of your order to a room of your choice up to a maximum of 4 flights of stairs. This service also includes unpacking, rubbish removal and minor product assembly (dining chair assembly is NOT included). Once your order has been dispatched from our main warehouse in NSW, delivery usually occurs within 5-10 business days, however it can take up to 14 business days in more remote areas.
Collection: In stock items can be located in any of our central warehouses (NSW, VIC or QLD), therefore we may need to transport your order to the location you have selected for preferred pickup. Please consider these can be interstate and often the estimated time before collection can take place is up to 2-3 weeks. Please don't hesitate to call us on 1300 721 942 if you would like to confirm the product location and estimated timeframe for availability prior to placing an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to keep all items in stock in all stores and warehouses for immediate collection.

Tracking your order

Some couriers and parcel services allow you to track the status of your delivery. You will receive email alerts and instructions on how to use this service if it is available. Returns and Cancellations

We do not usually accept returns or cancellations. Please contact us and speak to our Customer Care team if you would like any further information or have concerns with the product itself.
