Please contact us and speak to our Customer Care team to make arrangements for approved returns.
We usually process and dispatch your order within 5 business days once we have all items in stock at our Fulfilment Centre. If you have opted for an Express delivery rate, we will prioritise your order.
We utilise various delivery methods depending on the size of your order. Smaller items are posted via Australia Post and bulky goods are sent via selected freight and courier service providers.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually occurs within 5 business days, however it can take up to 20 business days in more remote areas. Please contact us if you experience a delay and we will help track the status of your order.
In stock items can be located in any of our central warehouses (NSW, VIC or QLD), therefore we may need to transport your order to the location you have selected for preferred pickup.
Please consider these can be interstate and often the estimated time before collection can take place is up to 2-3 weeks.

Unfortunately, we are unable to keep all items in stock in all stores and warehouses for immediate collection.
