GIFT CARDS

Purchased gift cards come with a standard validity of 36 months which will begin from the date of activation and be listed on your card. Promotional cards gifted by or through an OZ Design partner will be accompanied by validity of 12 months from the date of activation, unless otherwise stated.

From 1^st August 2024, gift cards issued through OZ Design can be redeemed in any of our stores or online. Gift cards issued prior to this date can only be redeemed in the store of issue.

Gift cards may not be cancelled, returned or redeemed for cash.

Your digital gift card will be emailed to the recipient at 9 am on the date selected at the point of checkout. 

Gift cards are to be treated as cash. OZ Design is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
